Legal basis of processing
The legal basis for processing can be found in Article 6(1) of the General Data Protection Regulation (DSGVO) and in the Federal Data Protection Act (BDSG).
Purpose of processing: ordering goods or services, communication with interested parties, customers, suppliers.
What data is collected? Name, first name, title, company, street, postal code, city, telephone number, e-mail address.
When will the data be deleted? The data will be deleted when there is no legal basis for further storage.
What rights do I have as a data subject? You have the right to information, correction, deletion, restriction, objection and data portability.
Where can I complain? The state commissioner for data protection and freedom of information is responsible – www.datenschutz.rlp.de
